Do I need a developer to set up Convertly?
No. Convertly is designed for sales teams, not engineers. Setting up your account, building lead forms, and connecting Google Ads takes under 10 minutes — no code required.
How does Google Ads attribution actually work?
When someone clicks your Google Ad and fills out a Convertly lead form, we automatically capture the gclid (Google Click ID). When you mark that lead as Closed Won, Convertly sends a verified offline conversion back to Google Ads — so the algorithm knows which ad drove real revenue.
What's the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter is perfect for small teams (3 users). Professional scales from 4 to 100+ users with full team management, bulk AI operations, and priority support. Both plans include the full feature set — no hidden tiers.
Is there a free trial?

Does Convertly work with Meta Ads too?
Yes. In addition to Google Ads offline conversions, Convertly supports Meta Conversions API (CAPI) server-side events. When a deal closes, Convertly fires a Purchase event back to Meta with the original fbclid — so both platforms optimize for revenue.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. You can import up to 5,000 leads per CSV file. All standard fields are supported, and you can map your columns to Convertly fields during the import.
What is the AI Workspace?
The AI Workspace is a built-in assistant that can summarize leads, score deals by likelihood to close, answer questions about your pipeline, and suggest next steps. It uses your own API key (via OpenRouter), so you stay in full control of your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Convertly does not share your lead data with third parties. You own your data — you can export it at any time.
