Introduction to Convertly CRM
Convertly CRM brings lead capture, pipeline work, follow-ups, advertising attribution, and reporting into one workspace.
It is designed for teams that need a clear answer to two questions:
- What should the sales team work on next?
- Which sources and campaigns are producing useful sales outcomes?
The core workflow
Section titled “The core workflow”- A lead enters Convertly through a native form, Meta Lead Sync, CSV import, the inbound API, a universal webhook, or manual entry.
- The lead is stored in your pipeline with its source and available campaign context.
- Your team assigns ownership, records notes, schedules follow-ups, creates tasks, and moves the lead through stages.
- Event-driven automations can apply consistent routing and handoff rules.
- Configured Google Ads or Meta CAPI events are queued when the relevant CRM milestone occurs.
- Analytics connects pipeline activity, lead value, ownership, and source data.
