Notification Center and Lead Alerts

Convertly stores in-app notifications so important activity can still appear when the browser was closed.

Use the bell for recent activity or open Notifications for the full list. Select a notification card to open its related record. Read and unread state is shown on the card.

The full page loads recent records first and can load more. Old records are pruned as the retained list grows.

Notifications may be created for:

  • Lead assignment
  • New-lead intake from a configured source
  • Form submissions for selected recipients
  • Task assignment or overdue work
  • Follow-up due or overdue work
  • Event-driven automation alerts
  • Account and billing activity for permitted users

What appears depends on role, record access, source recipients, workspace configuration, and available delivery channels.

New-lead alert recipients are selected separately on each native form, API key, universal webhook source, or Meta form mapping.

  • Selected users receive the configured in-app and email alerts.
  • An empty source recipient list sends no source-level new-lead alert.
  • Assignment notifications remain separate and go to the assigned owner.

Lead digests and overdue task or follow-up summaries are personal assigned-work summaries. Admin and Manager roles do not automatically receive every teammate’s personal digest.

In-app records and email are separate channels. Email alerts require the relevant platform email provider to be configured and working. An in-app record does not prove that an email was delivered.

When a user returns after time away, Convertly can summarize missed unread activity instead of replaying every old sound. Open the notification page to review each record.

Use Settings -> Notifications and Lead Alerts settings for permitted delivery and presentation options. Intake recipients are still configured on the intake source itself.
