Billing and Plan Overview
Current plans

Each Standard user above three adds $10 per month or $100 per year and adds 50,000 leads of capacity. Yearly pricing is equivalent to two months free.
Trial lifecycle
Section titled “Trial lifecycle”New self-serve tenants start with a 14-day Standard trial. No card is required to create the trial.
If the trial ends without payment, the intended lifecycle is:
- Trial for 14 days
- Grace for 7 additional days
- Suspended if no subscription is activated
- Active after successful checkout or renewal
Billing access
Section titled “Billing access”Admin and Manager can view the Billing page. Admin-only actions include opening Stripe invoices and payment history, updating payment methods through Stripe, and managing cancellation.
Sales and Staff cannot open Billing.
Capacity
Section titled “Capacity”Lead capacity is based on the tenant’s stored lead count and may include records in Trash. Moving leads to Trash is not a way to bypass plan limits.
Before scheduling a lower seat quantity, the current users and lead count must fit inside the target limits.
Automatic and manual plans
Section titled “Automatic and manual plans”Standard is an automatic Stripe plan when billing is configured. Enterprise and other custom agreements may be developer-managed manual plans. Manual plans do not use self-serve Stripe checkout.
Provider availability
Section titled “Provider availability”Stripe checkout requires the platform’s billing configuration and active plan prices. If checkout or portal actions are unavailable, contact Convertly support instead of repeatedly submitting payment details.
