Your daily sales workflow

Start the day knowing who needs your attention. Finish it with a clear next step on every active opportunity you touched.

  1. Review

Find new enquiries, overdue work, and conversations to continue.

  2. Respond

Check the history, contact the customer, and record what happened.

  3. Plan

Update the lead and give the next action an owner and due time.

  1. Start with due and overdue follow-ups

Open Follow-ups and review your assigned work. Check the workspace timezone and read the lead’s recent activity before contacting the customer. An old due date may mean the record needs updating—not that no one has spoken to the customer.

  2. Review new enquiries

Open Leads with a suitable date range and your permitted owner or stage filters. Check the contact details, source, and ownership. If a record has no owner, assign it only if you have permission, or ask the team member who manages routing.

  3. Return calls and continue conversations

In Calls, review missed activity and check whether the call is linked to the right lead. In WhatsApp, choose the correct business-number inbox, read the conversation, and check who is handling it before replying. Call activity alone does not tell you whether the customer’s question was resolved.

  4. Record the result

Add a useful note to the lead, complete the follow-up you actually carried out, and update the stage or value when the situation has changed. Keep the original source information intact.

  5. Leave a clear next step

Schedule the next follow-up with the responsible person, due time, and a short note explaining the commitment. If you hand over the lead, make it clear what happened and what the new owner needs to do.

  • Check that the records you worked on have an appropriate stage and owner.
  • Complete finished work; reschedule unfinished work deliberately instead of marking it complete.
  • Review any message or call status that still needs attention before trying again.
  • For a lead with no further sales action, use your team’s agreed stage rather than leaving an unnecessary follow-up open.

An internal follow-up reminds your team. It does not automatically send a reminder to the customer.

Use AI summaries to prepare for a conversation, then verify important details on the lead. Use a narrow automation rule for repeatable assignments or follow-up creation. Review Lead Flow with consistent filters when you want to improve the overall process.
