Review Form Submissions and Logs
Convertly provides two related views: saved leads associated with forms and operational submission logs.
Form Submissions table
Section titled “Form Submissions table”Open a form and review Form Submissions. This table shows submissions that were saved to the CRM and links the Saved status to the corresponding lead.
It is a CRM-lead view, not an immutable archive of every raw payload. Editing the lead changes the current CRM record.
When a form is configured not to save to CRM, accepted submissions do not appear in this table because no lead was created.
Public form logs
Section titled “Public form logs”Use Forms -> View Logs to review public form submission activity across forms. Logs show safe operational details such as time, form, result, source domain, lead link, duplicate reason, and a compact error when available.
Full submitted payloads and secret tokens are not displayed in logs.
Duplicate submissions
Section titled “Duplicate submissions”A duplicate matching an existing lead by normalized email or phone is treated as a successful update. Convertly appends useful duplicate-submission context and returns the existing lead instead of creating another one.
Skipped submissions
Section titled “Skipped submissions”Spam-trap submissions may be accepted at the network level but skipped without creating a lead. This avoids giving automated abuse a useful signal.
Failed submissions
Section titled “Failed submissions”Use the result and compact error in logs to check:
- Form active state
- Missing required fields or consent
- Invalid form token
- Disallowed domain
- Rate or size protection
- Field normalization problems
Export and analytics
Section titled “Export and analytics”A dedicated form-response CSV export and per-form analytics dashboard are not currently available. Use filtered lead export for CRM-saved records and the operational logs for intake troubleshooting.
