Analytics and Performance Explorer
Analytics turns lead and workflow data into comparable operational views. Results follow your organization, role scope, and selected date range.
Date range
Section titled “Date range”The practical default is Last 30 Days. Available ranges include Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 15 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, All Time, and Custom Range.
Use the same range when comparing Dashboard, Leads, Analytics, Lead Flow, and AI Workspace questions.
Performance Explorer
Section titled “Performance Explorer”Performance Explorer is the main analysis workbench. Add or duplicate explorer cards to compare several views on the same page.
Available dimensions include:
- Time, grouped daily, weekly, or monthly
- Lead source
- Lead stage
- Lead owner
- Lead category
Time-based charts include empty periods so a zero-lead day or week remains visible. Previous-period comparison helps distinguish a real change from normal variation.
Revenue Intelligence
Section titled “Revenue Intelligence”Revenue Intelligence uses the value stored on lead records and summarizes:
- Total pipeline value
- Won revenue
- Active pipeline value
- Average deal size
- Previous-period comparison
- Value by stage, owner, source, and lead category
Changing the workspace currency changes display and future event currency; it does not convert existing lead values.
Operational sections
Section titled “Operational sections”Additional sections cover lead-owner performance, lead-category performance, follow-up status, and follow-up stage context.
Data quality
Section titled “Data quality”Before interpreting a result, check that owners, stages, sources, categories, values, and dates are used consistently. Trash is excluded from operational analytics.
Export availability
Section titled “Export availability”Analytics export is currently unavailable. Use the filtered Leads export when record-level CSV data is required.
