Terms of Service

Effective date: July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Convertly CRM, including the website, docs, and software application. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and authorized to use the service on behalf of any organization you represent.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and marketing platform policies.
Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and billing

The self-serve Standard trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Paid Standard plans are billed in advance on the selected monthly or annual term. Enterprise billing follows the signed agreement.
Current self-serve user and lead capacity is described on the pricing page and confirmed during checkout.
Cancellation, downgrade, non-payment, and continued access follow the billing state shown in the application and any applicable agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use Convertly to send spam, collect data unlawfully, or process content that violates law or platform rules. You are responsible for the content and configuration you upload or create in the service.

Intellectual property

Convertly CRM, its branding, product design, and documentation remain the property of Convertly. You retain ownership of your own business data and content.

Service changes

We may improve, update, or discontinue features over time. Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Convertly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
