If you want your personal data deleted from Convertly CRM, you can request it at any time.
How to request deletion

What to include in your email
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your account or submitted form
- Your company name (if applicable)
- A short note confirming you want your data deleted
What happens next
- We may contact you to verify your identity for security.
- After verification, we will process your deletion request.
- We will send a confirmation email once completed.
How long it takes
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete deletion as quickly as possible, usually within 30 days.
Important note
In limited cases, we may keep certain records when required by law, fraud prevention, security, or billing compliance. If this applies, we will explain it in our response.
