User data deletion request

If you want your personal data deleted from Convertly CRM, you can request it at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to one of the addresses below:

• support@convertlycrm.com

Use this subject line:

Data Deletion Request

What to include in your email

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your account or submitted form
• Your company name (if applicable)
• A short note confirming you want your data deleted

What happens next

• We may contact you to verify your identity for security.
• After verification, we will process your deletion request.
• We will send a confirmation email once completed.

Timing

After identity and account authority are verified, we will process the request within the period required by applicable law and any governing customer agreement. Timing can vary with request scope, backups, security review, and records we must retain.

Important note

In limited cases, we may keep certain records when required by law, fraud prevention, security, or billing compliance. If this applies, we will explain it in our response.
