Affiliate Dashboard
Accessing the dashboard
Log in at app.convertlycrm.com/login with your affiliate credentials.
You are automatically routed to /affiliate/dashboard.
Dashboard overview
The affiliate dashboard gives you a real-time view of your performance:

| Overview | Total clicks, signups, active customers, total earnings |
| Referral Links | All referral links you have created |
| Referral Codes | All referral codes you have created |
| Earnings | Commission breakdown by referral and payout status |
| Profile | Your payout details and account settings |
| Resources | Marketing materials and promotional copy |
Overview metrics
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| Clicks | Total unique visits using your referral links or codes |
| Signups | Total accounts created through your links/codes |
| Active customers | Signups who are currently on an active paid plan |
| Total earnings | Cumulative commissions earned (approved + pending) |
| Pending earnings | Commissions awaiting payment processing |
| Paid out | Commissions that have been transferred to you |
Account status
Your affiliate status is displayed prominently on the dashboard:
- Active — your links are live and you are earning commissions
- Pending — your application is under review; links don’t yet earn
- Suspended — account is paused; contact support
Payout profile
Go to Profile on the dashboard to enter and update your payout details.
Required payout information:
- Your legal name or business name
- Preferred payout method (bank transfer details or PayPal, depending on your region)
- Tax information (if required)
Payouts are processed manually by the Convertly team. Ensure your payout profile is complete to avoid delays.
Resources
The Resources section contains:
- Pre-written email copy and social media posts
- Convertly logo and brand assets for use in promotions
- Approved promo messaging and disclaimers
