Account Settings

Personal profile

Access your personal profile from the user menu in the top-right corner → Profile.

Organization settings

Go to Settings → General to manage your organization’s identity.

Password and security

Go to Profile → Security to change your password.

To change your password:

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Confirm the new password
  4. Click Update Password

User roles and access

Admins manage team access from Settings → Team.

Inviting users

Click Invite User, enter an email address and choose a role. The user receives an invitation email with a join link.

Changing a user’s role

Click the three-dot menu next to any team member → Change Role. Select the new role and confirm.

Removing a user

Click the three-dot menu next to any team member → Remove from Organization. The user loses access immediately. Their lead assignments and history are preserved.

User roles available

  • Admin — full access
  • Manager — team management, all leads, no billing
  • Staff — read-only / limited access

Notification preferences

Go to Settings → Notifications to control which events generate alerts.

Configurable notification types:

  • New lead submitted via form
  • Lead assigned to you
  • Follow-up due today
  • Task overdue
  • Automation triggered
  • Billing events (plan change, payment failure)

Each notification type can be configured for in-app, email, or both.


Pipeline stages

Go to Settings → Pipeline to configure the stages used on your Kanban board.

  • Add new stages with the + Add Stage button
  • Drag to reorder stages
  • Click a stage name to rename it
  • Click the trash icon to delete a stage (leads in that stage will need to be reassigned)
