Supported payment providers

Checkout is handled through Stripe for all accounts.
Accepted payment types
Via Stripe:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available in your browser)
Managing your payment method
To update or change your payment method:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Payment Method
- Click Update Card
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Your new payment method is used for the next billing cycle.
Billing address
Your billing address is collected during checkout and can be updated from Dashboard → Billing → Billing Information.
Security
Card details are processed directly by Stripe — Convertly never stores full card numbers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
Refund policy
If you have a billing concern, contact support@convertlycrm.com. Refund requests are handled case-by-case within 7 business days of the charge.
