Analytics Overview
Dashboard analytics
Go to Dashboard → Analytics to access your CRM’s reporting layer.
The analytics dashboard is built around answering the most important questions for a sales team running paid ads:
- Where are my leads coming from?
- Which sources convert to revenue?
- How is my team performing?
- Where are deals getting stuck?
Dashboard metrics (overview cards)
The top of the analytics page shows key metrics for the selected time period:
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| Total leads | All leads created in the period |
| Leads by source | Breakdown of new leads by attribution source |
| Closed Won | Number of leads converted in the period |
| Conversion rate | Closed Won ÷ Total leads |
| Average time to close | Average days from lead creation to Closed Won |
| Active pipeline | Leads currently in non-closed stages |
Time period selector
Use the date range picker at the top of the analytics page to filter all metrics. Options include:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- This month / Last month / This quarter
- Custom range
All metrics update simultaneously when you change the period.
