Email Verification

Why email verification is required

Email verification confirms that you own the address you signed up with. It also ensures that invitation emails and follow-up notifications can reach you.


Verification on signup

After creating an account during onboarding, you receive an email with a verification link.

  • Click the link in the email
  • You are redirected back to the app and your email is marked as verified
  • Until verified, some features may prompt you to verify first

Not receiving the verification email?

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder
  2. Make sure you used the correct email address during signup
  3. Use the Resend Verification option (see below)

Resending the verification email

If your verification email did not arrive or the link expired:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. A banner at the top of the dashboard will indicate your email is unverified
  3. Click Resend Verification Email in the banner
  4. A new link is sent — check your inbox within a minute or two

Verification links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one using the resend option above.


Team member verification

When an Admin invites a team member, the invited user receives an invitation email with a join link. Clicking that link also verifies their email address as part of the join flow — they do not need a separate verification step.
