Invoices and Receipts
Finding your invoices
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Billing History.
This page shows a table of all payments made on your account:

| Plan | Which plan the payment was for |
| Period | Billing period covered |
| Receipt | Download link |
Downloading a receipt
Click Download on any row in the billing history table to download a PDF receipt.
The receipt includes:
- Your organization name and billing email
- Date and amount
- Plan and period
- Payment reference number
- Stripe transaction ID
Email receipts
A receipt is automatically emailed to the Admin’s registered email address after each successful payment.
If you did not receive a receipt email:
- Check spam/promotions folders
- Confirm the billing email is correct in Settings → General
- Contact support@convertlycrm.com with your organization name and the payment date
Invoice format for accounting
The PDF receipt from the billing history is suitable for most accounting purposes. If you need a formal VAT invoice or a specific invoice format for your region, contact support@convertlycrm.com.
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- You receive an email notification immediately
- Convertly retries the payment automatically over the following 3 days
- If all retries fail, your plan status changes to
Cancelledand team access to the CRM is suspended - You can re-enter payment details at any time to reactivate the subscription
