Select which CRM users should receive form-submission notifications.
-
Configure the success message
Set the text shown to the visitor after they submit the form. Default: “Thanks! We’ll be in touch shortly.”
-
Publish the form
Click Publish. The form is now live and you can get the embed code.
Field types
| Field type | Description |
|---|---|
| Short text | Single-line input for names, emails, phone numbers |
| Long text | Multi-line textarea for messages or additional context |
| Text input validated as an email address | |
| Phone | Text input for phone numbers |
| Dropdown | Select from a list of predefined options |
| Hidden field | Not shown to the visitor, pre-populated with a static value (e.g., campaign name) |
Required fields
Any field can be marked as required. If a visitor tries to submit without filling in a required field, the form shows an inline validation message and blocks submission.
Form settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Form name | Internal reference label |
| Notification recipients | Which CRM users are notified on new submissions |
| Success message | Text shown after successful submission |
| Redirect URL | Optionally redirect the visitor to another page after submission (e.g., a thank-you page) |
| Status | Draft (inactive) or Published (active) |
Lead defaults (recommended)
Before publishing, configure your form-level lead defaults so incoming submissions are routed consistently:
- Lead source
- Lead stage
- Lead categories
- Optional assignee
- Optional default deal value
These defaults keep reporting and assignment clean across campaigns.
Editing a published form
You can edit a published form at any time. Changes take effect immediately — the embed code on your website does not need to be updated (it always loads the latest version of the form).
Duplicating a form
Open the form’s menu (three dots) → Duplicate. A copy is created in Draft state so you can modify it before publishing.
Deleting a form
Open the form’s menu → Delete Form.
