Form Responses

Response dashboard

Go to Dashboard → Forms and click on any form to open its detail view. The Responses tab shows all submissions for that form.

The response table displays:

  • Submission date and time
  • Contact name and email
  • All form fields filled in by the visitor
  • Attribution data (gclid, fbclid, UTMs, landing page)
  • Linked lead (each submission creates a lead — click to view it)

Viewing a submission

Click any row in the response table to see the full submission detail:

  • All form field values
  • Attribution snapshot at the time of submission
  • A link to the corresponding lead record in your pipeline

Filtering responses

Use the date range filter at the top of the response table to view submissions within a specific period.

You can also sort by any column.

Response vs. lead

Every form submission creates exactly one lead in your pipeline. The response record stores the raw submission data exactly as it arrived from the form. The lead record may be edited by your team over time.

If you update a lead’s contact details (phone, name, etc.), those changes are reflected on the lead record but the original form submission data is preserved unchanged in the response view.

Exporting responses

To export form responses:

  1. Open the form’s Responses tab
  2. Click Export CSV
  3. All responses (filtered by the current date range) are downloaded as a CSV file

The export includes all form fields plus attribution data columns.

Failed submissions

If a form submission fails (e.g., due to a network error or validation issue), the visitor sees an error message and no lead is created. There is no partial submission — submissions are all-or-nothing.

If you are seeing missing leads from a known campaign, check:

  1. That the form is Published (not in Draft state)
  2. That the embed code is correctly placed on the page
  3. That the landing page URL is reachable
  4. That notifications are configured for selected recipients on the form

If repeated test submissions are not creating new leads, verify you are not submitting the same email/phone repeatedly (duplicate protection may skip duplicates).
