Form Analytics
Form performance overview
Go to Dashboard → Forms and click on any form → Analytics tab.
Form-level analytics show:
- Total submissions — all time
- Submissions this period — filtered by selected date range
- Submissions over time — bar chart broken down by day or week
- Device breakdown — submissions by device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Conversion rate context
Convertly forms track submissions — the number of completed form submissions. To calculate your form’s conversion rate, compare submissions to page visits.
Attribution source breakdown
In Dashboard → Analytics → Lead Sources, you can see a breakdown of all leads by:
- UTM source
- UTM medium
- UTM campaign
- Whether a gclid was captured (came from Google Ads)
- Whether an fbclid was captured (came from Meta Ads)
This gives you a cross-form view of where your leads are coming from.
Form-specific attribution
If you run multiple campaigns pointing to different forms, you can filter the Lead Sources analytics report by form to see attribution data for each form independently.
Using hidden fields for campaign tracking
To track which specific campaign or ad group a lead came from (beyond UTMs), add a Hidden field to your form and set its value to a static identifier (e.g., campaign-name: google-spring-2026).
The hidden field value appears in the form responses and on each lead record. This is useful when you have multiple forms for different campaigns.
