Earnings overview

Go to Affiliate Dashboard → Earnings for a detailed breakdown of your commissions.

Earnings table

Column	Description
Customer	The referred customer (organization name)
Plan	Their current plan (Starter / Professional)
Payment date	When the commission-triggering payment occurred
Revenue	The payment amount
Commission (50%)	Your share of that payment
Status	Pending, Approved, Paid

Commission statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Commission created, awaiting review
Approved	Commission confirmed by the platform team
Paid	Commission has been transferred to your payout account
Rejected	Commission reversed (e.g., due to refund or fraudulent referral)

Payout timeline

Commissions are reviewed and processed manually. The typical timeline:

Customer pays → commission created as Pending (same day)
Platform team reviews → commission marked Approved (within 5–7 business days)
Payout transferred → commission marked Paid

Payout frequency and minimum payout amounts are communicated during affiliate onboarding.

Clicks and signups report

Go to Affiliate Dashboard → Overview to see your click and signup funnel:

Metric	Description
Clicks	Unique visits via your referral links or codes
Signups	Accounts created through your attribution
Signup rate	Signups ÷ Clicks
Active customers	Signups currently on a paid plan
Conversion to paid	Active customers ÷ Signups

Use these metrics to understand where your funnel is losing referrals.

Exporting your report

Click Export CSV from the Earnings page to download a full record of your commission history. Useful for reconciling with your own records or for tax purposes.

Disputes and questions

If you believe a commission is missing or incorrectly calculated:

Check that the customer signed up within 30 days of clicking your referral link
Verify the signup used your referral code (if code-based)
Contact support at support@convertlycrm.com with the customer’s email address and signup date
