Checkout and Upgrading

Starting an upgrade

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Upgrade Plan.

You will see the plan selection screen showing:

  • Starter — $30/month or $300/year
  • Professional — starting at $30/month (scales with users)
  • Enterprise — contact sales

Select your plan and billing period (monthly or yearly).

For Professional, the yearly price is calculated as 10 × the monthly equivalent for your user count at the time of purchase.


The checkout flow

  1. Select your plan and period
  2. Enter your payment details (credit/debit card)
  3. Review the order summary
  4. Click Subscribe

On successful payment:

  • Your plan status immediately updates to Active
  • Trial expiry no longer applies
  • You receive a payment confirmation email with your receipt

Payment processing

Convertly uses Stripe for payment processing.

Billing is currently USD-only across Starter and Professional plans.


Adding users on Professional

On the Professional plan, you are billed $10/month per user beyond the first 3.

To add users:

  1. Invite them from Settings → Team
  2. Your next billing cycle will automatically reflect the updated user count
  3. You can preview the new cost from Dashboard → Billing → Manage Users

Removing a user reduces your billed seat count at the next renewal.


Plan change timing

When you upgrade mid-cycle:

  • Your plan limits (users and leads) update immediately
  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle

When you downgrade:

  • The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You retain Professional features until the cycle ends
