How Convertly Works
The two portals
Convertly CRM is split into two distinct portals, each serving a different type of user. You are routed automatically after login based on your role.
| Portal | URL path | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Tenant CRM | /dashboard | Sales reps, managers, admins running a CRM org |
| Affiliate portal | /affiliate/dashboard | Approved affiliate partners |

- Lead list view — filterable table of all leads with search, source filter, and date range
- Lead detail page — full record with contact info, attribution data, notes, follow-ups, and AI insights
Forms
- Build and publish native lead capture forms
- Every submission lands directly in the pipeline
- Click IDs (gclid, fbclid), UTM parameters, landing page URL, and referrer are captured automatically
Follow-ups & Tasks
- Follow-up queue — time-based reminder list for calling and reaching out to leads
- Task queue — assignable work items with due dates, status, and filters
- Overdue items surface via the notification center
AI Workspace
- Lead scoring — AI-generated scores and reasoning for each lead
- Lead summaries — auto-generated brief on lead activity and context
- Chat Q&A — ask questions about your pipeline in plain language
- Threads — persistent conversation threads for ongoing pipeline analysis
