Calendar
Overview
The calendar view in Convertly CRM provides a time-based view of your scheduled follow-ups and tasks across the team.
What appears on the calendar
The calendar displays:
- Follow-ups scheduled for a specific date/time
- Tasks with due dates
Events are color-coded by type:
- Blue — follow-ups
- Purple — tasks
Navigating the calendar
Go to Dashboard → Calendar.
Views available:
- Day — hourly breakdown for a single day
- Week — 7-day view with events stacked by time
- Month — overview of all events across the month
Click any event on the calendar to open the full record (lead or task).
Scheduling from the calendar
You can create a new follow-up directly from the calendar:
- Click on any time slot on the calendar
- A modal appears — select Follow-up as the type
- Search for and link a lead
- Set the time and add a note
- Click Save
Team calendar vs. personal view
By default, the calendar shows all events across your organization (visible to Admin and Manager roles).
Sales reps see only their own assigned events.
Use the Assignee filter at the top of the calendar to switch between “My events” and “All team events”.
Upcoming: External calendar sync
Google Calendar and Outlook sync are on the product roadmap. When available, you will be able to:
- See your Convertly follow-ups in your personal calendar
- Create Convertly follow-ups from your calendar
- Set availability windows for scheduling
