Billing Overview
The billing dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Billing to see your current plan and subscription status.
The billing dashboard shows:
- Current plan — Starter, Professional, or Enterprise
- Plan status — Trial, Active, Expired, or Cancelled
- Trial expiry date (if on trial)
- User count — how many of your seats are in use
- Lead count — how many leads you have created vs. your plan limit
- Billing period — monthly or yearly
- Next renewal date
Plan summary

Extra users on Professional start from user 4 onward. Each extra user adds $10/month and 50,000 leads to your capacity.
Trial period
New accounts start on a 14-day Starter trial after access is opened. No credit card is required to start.
During the trial you have:
- Full access to all Starter features
- 3 user seats
- 150,000 lead capacity
At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue accessing the CRM. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before it is subject to removal.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade from Starter to Professional:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select Professional
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Enter payment details and confirm

Usage warnings
Convertly sends automated alerts when:
- Your lead count exceeds 80% of the plan limit
- Your lead count reaches 100% of the plan limit (new leads will be blocked)
- Your trial has fewer than 3 days remaining
These alerts appear in the notification center and are emailed to the Admin.
Billing contact
Billing notifications (receipts, payment failures, plan changes) are sent to the email address registered as Admin on the account.
