Developer Portal Overview
What is the developer portal?
The developer portal is a platform-level admin interface for Convertly’s internal team and trusted technical partners. It is accessed at /developer.
This is not a customer-facing feature — it is used by the Convertly team to manage the overall platform, clients, and the affiliate program.
Roles with developer portal access
| Role | Portal access |
|---|---|
| Developer Admin | Full access to all developer portal sections |
| Developer Staff | Access to most sections; may not access certain billing or system settings |
| Developer | Read-only or limited access to specific sections |
These roles are distinct from tenant-level roles (Admin, Manager, Sales Rep). A person with a Developer role cannot access individual tenant CRM data unless they are also a member of that tenant.
