Partner Integration Guide
Partner types
Convertly supports two categories of external partners:

| Technology partners | Build integrations that connect Convertly to other platforms |
Referral partners
Referral partners use the standard affiliate program. See:
Key technical notes for referral partners:
- Referral attribution uses a
refURL parameter + 30-day signed cookie - Referral codes can be applied during account onboarding when access opens
- Commission records are created from successful paid subscription events
- Affiliate accounts are managed in the developer portal affiliate directory
Technology partners
Technology partners build integrations that send data into or pull data from Convertly CRM. Current integration surfaces:
Inbound (sending data to Convertly)

Outbound (pulling data from Convertly)
Currently, outbound data access requires:
- A valid PocketBase API token for a user with appropriate access
- Direct PocketBase API queries against the Convertly collections
Public REST API documentation for partner data access is planned for a future release.
Building an inbound integration
To send leads from an external source into Convertly:
- Create a native Convertly form for the integration source (e.g., “Webinar Leads Form”)
- Request approved integration onboarding from support
- Submit field data matching your configured form schema
- Include attribution parameters (
gclid,fbclid) when available

If you are building an integration and want to:
- Be listed as an official Convertly integration
- Get access to early APIs or sandbox environments
- Co-market your integration to Convertly’s customer base
