When a prospect clicks your Google or Meta ad, that click carries a unique ID (gclid for Google, fbclid for Meta). Convertly captures that ID at form submission, stores it with the lead record, and sends it back to the advertising platform as a verified offline conversion when the deal closes.

This closed-loop feedback tells Google and Meta which ads, campaigns, and keywords are actually driving revenue — not just form fills — so their algorithms can optimize your bidding automatically.
