Quick Start
This guide walks you through setting up Convertly CRM from signup to your first live lead — in under 10 minutes.
-
Join the early-access waitlist
Go to the Convertly waitlist. Enter your name and email, and we will notify you as soon as account signup opens.
After access opens and account setup is completed, your trial starts with:
- 14-day Starter trial
- 3 user seats
- 150,000 lead capacity
-
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team and invite your sales reps by email. Each invited user can log in immediately and see the shared pipeline.
-
Create your first lead form
Navigate to Forms and click New Form. The form builder lets you:
- Add fields (name, email, phone, custom dropdowns, etc.)
- Select notification recipients for new submissions
- Configure the success message shown after submission
When you’re done, click Publish to get the embed code.
-
Embed the form on your website
Copy the
<script>embed snippet from the form’s detail page and paste it into any page on your website where you want to capture leads.Every form submission will:
- Create a new lead in your CRM pipeline
- Automatically capture the gclid (Google Click ID), fbclid (Meta Click ID), UTM parameters, landing page URL, and referrer
-
Test it
Submit a test entry through your form. Within seconds it should appear as a new lead in the New column on your Kanban board.
Open the lead and scroll to the Attribution tab to see the captured click IDs and UTM values.
Setting up Google Ads attribution
Once your pipeline is working, connect your Google Ads account to close the feedback loop.
- Go to Settings → Ads Attribution → Google Ads
- Enter your Google Ads Customer ID and OAuth credentials
- Set which pipeline stage should trigger an offline conversion (usually “Closed Won”)
From that point, every deal you close will automatically send a verified offline conversion event to Google Ads — telling the algorithm which clicks drove real revenue.
See the Google Ads setup guide for the full credential setup walkthrough.
Setting up Meta CAPI
- Go to Settings → Ads Attribution → Meta Ads
- Enter your Meta Pixel ID and Conversions API access token
- Set which stage triggers the Purchase or Lead conversion event
Convertly will dispatch server-side CAPI events when leads reach your configured stage — bypassing browser tracking limitations entirely.
